TokeiTango is derived from the Japanese words 時計 tokei (watch/clock) and 単語 tango (word). It is a flashcard app designed for learning over 9,000 of the most common Japanese words. Think of it as the Anki specially crafted for the Apple Watch.

This app is optimized for the Apple Watch, with an interface tailored for the compact screen. Study sessions are deliberately brief, allowing you to slip in some Japanese practice during your commute or while waiting, giving your arm a breather in between.
